POLICIES & DETAILS

Due to the level of quality and experience we offer to all of our attendees, all portions of tuition go to securing location, studio, photographers, equipment, wardrobe, models, catering, team, etc. We enter contracts with those involved in the production of your experience. Here are our guidelines to help keep our workshop, learning experiences at the highest level possible for all involved.
Cancellation Policy:
-1. Deposits become “roll over credits” and are non-refundable after 48 hours from processing payment.
-2. Deposit credits not applied to a workshop within 1 year will expire. Cancelled reservations will be prorated according to the time frame to which the reservation is cancelled.
-3. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of workshop – $1300 funds,  50% of promotional credit not to be refunded
-4. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of workshop – $0 funds, 0 promotional credits not to be refunded.
 -5. Location and date of shoot can change up to 30 days prior. You will be notified.
-6. We recommend waiting 21 days before the workshop before booking travel arrangements.

Promotion Policy:  
-7. If a promotion is used for tuition, the balance amount of the tuition must be paid in full upon reserving to keep applied promotion active
-8.  Tuition must be paid in full prior to canceling to keep promotional savings valid.
